The West Virginia AFL-CIO, led by President Kenneth Perdue (SMWIA), is filing a lawsuit challenging the state’s new right-to-work law. President Perdue says there are significant flaws with the bill that “are clear indications of sloppy and hasty legislating, which has become a hallmark of the current Republican legislative leadership.”
