We participated in a joint meeting with the Company, IBEW 2304 and Local 39 today.

The Company presented 12 health proposals and 4 dental proposals - some good while others not so good.

• No increase to premium from the current 10%
• Increased co-pays and deductibles which include emergency room, prescription brand name drugs, out of network services
• Increased dental sealant coverage for dependents through 18 years of age
• Added dental implant coverage

We are meeting tomorrow, March 20th, jointly with IBEW 2304 and the Company to discuss our pension proposals and to continue health discussions. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please talk to a member of the bargaining committee.
