Dear Members.
It has come to the Executive Board’s attention that the QM Membership Meeting notice (see below for the original notice and a reminder notice was sent on11-15-24) was not received by all of our members, in particular members who have a g-mail address. Strangely, some members with a g-mail address did receive the notice while others did not.
Our local’s constitution requires that members receive notice of the Quarterly Membership Meeting fifteen days prior to the meeting. While we are investigating as to why this email failure happened, the result is that some members with g-mail addresses did not receive the notice timely thus the Executive Board believes it is necessary to cancel tomorrow’s meeting.
The Executive Board will meet to consider rescheduling the meeting sometime in the near future. If you home email address has changed please be sure that the local has your correct address on file.
