A special membership meeting is called to elect delegates to the 2023 OPEIU International Convention. The convention is June 10 – 16, 2023, in Philadelphia, PA. The role of a delegate is to participate in the business of the Convention by representing OPEIU Local 39 and it’s members. Delegates must be an active member for at least 12 months prior to the convening of the Convention.
